Christine Edwards

Christine Edwards is a civic firebrand who has immersed herself in helping urban communities reach their highest levels of growth and success. She founded Civility Localized (formerly known as Amplify Charlotte) in 2018, to deliver community engagement services and resources for small businesses. Christine earned her MPA with a concentration in Urban Management and Policy from UNC Charlotte.
Though her company specializes in community outreach planning and place-based outreach initiatives, she also offers advice and and training on preparing your business to win government contracts. After ten years in local government, Christine has learned how to navigate the competitive bidding process from both sides, as a local government decision-maker and now as the owner CEO of her social impact brand. Civility Localized is a certified MWSBE firm. In her free time, Christine volunteers, enjoys southern food and loves seeing urban policy theory play out in daily life. Kaci Diane lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and is a copywriter, author, and editor. She is the author of three poetry books This Heart of Mine, Like Water, Absurdly Tiny Steps—and most recently, a self-help memoir entitled Growing In Joy. As a full-time entrepreneur, she assists both companies and individuals with writing, editing, and content creation needs. Her family’s business, Top of the Key, offers basketball camps and training for athletes from kindergarten through high school.
